Bar Chart - Shows Expensive Wheels
For the average self service recycler, it takes too much time to look-up the Hollander Interchange Number for every vehicle’s wheel to discover the 3% that are expensive and shouldn’t be scrapped.
With WheelSpotter, you don’t look-up every vehicle’s wheel.
WheelSpotter tells you which 80% of your vehicles to ignore because there’s no possibility the wheel is expensive.
The average self service recycler inventorying 75 vehicles per week will only look-up the wheels on 15 of those vehicles…
… and will discover 18 expensive wheels that shouldn’t be scrapped.
See it in action with this 90 second video…
Bar Chart has configurable settings
Option for whether or not to count only aluminum alloy wheels
Option to change the Threshold to be considered Expensive from its default value of $90
Option to include prices of wheels in Used condition
Option to include prices of wheels in Remanufactured condition
Option to include Interchange Number that is Fresh*
Option to count wheel that is Expensive, Needed**, or both
*Include If Fresh. An Interchange Number having Start Year within the past two years is deemed expensive. For example, assume a current model year vehicle has two possible Interchange Numbers as its wheel population: 560-90001; and 560-90002. Furthermore, assume 560-90001 is an application starting three model years ago. Finally, assume 560-90002 did not exist prior to the current model year. 560-90002 is considered Fresh because it has Start Year within the past two years. It is therefore included as Expensive. 560-90001 has Start Year older than the past two years and will only be considered Expensive if it exceeds a Threshold.
** Needed. Based on user’s recent sales, inventory quantity on hand, etc. Or based on a Buy List prepared by the user or a third party with whom the user buys or sell wheels.
